Kate, I was touched by Neil's comments. Not only because I witness the challenges of living with Parkinson's disease thru the eyes of my patients, but also, because as a single middle age woman, I have my own anxieties from time to time that arise from making a choice to live alone.I too, worry about "what if I get sick," "what if I can't work," etc. Those of us who have created lives built around our sovereign natures are left to fend for ourselves when any unexpected life event occurs. That is, of course, and unless we know when and how to ask for help.

Thank you for your wonderful blog, Kate. I find it honest, fascinating, and inspiring. I have featured it on my fledgling Parkinson's news site, www.parkinsonsnews.com. Have a look and let me know what you think. Keep up the good work!

Hi Lee,

I appreciate your organization of the top Parkinson's blogs and news on your website. It makes it easy to keep up with the latest info by going to one place. Thanks for doing this.

All the best,
Kate Kelsall
